Our Story

January 16, 2016 - Pastor Gordon Fry was ordained through Converge MidAmerica. Since then he has served as an associate pastor, youth pastor, outreach pastor, and now a lead pastor at CCM Church.

In January, 2017 - CCM Prayer was born

CCM Prayer began digital discipleship internationally with overseas pastors. The outcome of this was to disciple overseas pastors through Zoom meetings, online text/chat, and international phone calls. At the time, CCM Prayer had national pastor leaders in Pakistan, India, Africa, and South America.

November 2, 2019 - Pastor Gordon & his family are commissioned as missionaries using digital discipleship through ABWE/Live Global. (See Full Interview Here)

CCM Prayer begins running social media campaigns overseas in order to connect in a way that boots-on-the-ground missionaries can connect with locals in countries that are of high-security risk. Because of this unique ministry, many people with faith questions had the opportunity to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ.

CCM Prayer launches a massive paid social media digital marketing prayer request campaign, laser-focused on people in need in the United States. "How Can We Pray For You" is the advertising slogan, bringing in thousands and thousands of leads and online prayer request forms. The end goal is connecting those people with local pastors in their community for further discipleship.

The focus shifts from international discipleship to serving and praying with United States Veterans. CCM's Prayer Team is now regularly praying with hundreds of USA Veterans, sharing the Gospel of Jesus and helping them with resources they may need. Also, Pastor Gordon and his team connected them with local pastors and church bodies in their area.

The shift has been made to now focus on Livingston County, Michigan. Using multiple forms of marketing, CCM Prayer connects with locals in need and prays with them.

A new brick and mortar location is established in Pinckney, Michigan, inside of The Good News Community Chapel (located at 104 Putnam St.). Within the near 100-year-old building, it holds CCM Church, CCM Food Ministry, and the prayer ministry formerly named CCM Prayer — now named PrayerCall. A new chapter begins for PrayerCall where volunteers meet in person, utilizing CCM's technology for the Kingdom of God through text messages, calls, video meetings, and audio recordings. PrayerCall is ministering not only locally but globally.
