Terms Of Use

Effective Date: August 14, 2026
Last Updated: August 14, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern participation in the CCM Outreach Partner Program ("CCM Outreach," "Program," "we," "us," or "our"), a ministry initiative of Christian Collective Ministry ("CCM"), including CCM Church.

By submitting your email address, requesting information regarding CCM Outreach, enrolling in or accessing the CCM Outreach training course, participating in the CCM Outreach Community, or applying to become a CCM Outreach Partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not submit your information, enroll in the Program, or participate in the CCM Outreach Partner Program.

1. PURPOSE OF CCM OUTREACH

CCM Outreach exists to equip churches and Christian ministries with a practical framework for serving individuals and families in their local communities through food assistance, relationship-building, encouragement, and prayer.

CCM Outreach provides participating churches with educational materials, training resources, community support, and a framework that may assist them in establishing and operating their own local outreach efforts.

CCM Outreach is not intended to replace local food banks, government assistance programs, emergency services, professional social services, or other community resources.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

CCM Outreach provides educational resources, recommendations, and a ministry framework intended to assist participating churches in establishing local outreach programs.

However, CCM does not guarantee any particular result, level of participation, amount of food distributed, fundraising outcome, number of clients served, financial result, or other outcome resulting from participation in CCM Outreach.

Each church, ministry, or organization is responsible for determining whether the CCM Outreach model is appropriate for its circumstances and community.

3. EMAIL SUBMISSION AND INITIAL INTEREST

By submitting your email address through the CCM Outreach website, you are requesting information regarding the CCM Outreach Partner Program.

Submission of an email address does not automatically make you a CCM Outreach Partner.

Your email address may be used to provide:

-Information about CCM Outreach

-Information regarding the CCM Outreach training course

-Program instructions

-Course-related communications

-Updates regarding the Partner Program

-Community access information

-Ministry-related communications reasonably related to your participation

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the applicable unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting CCM.

4. CCM OUTREACH TRAINING COURSE

Before an individual or church may become an official CCM Outreach Partner, the required CCM Outreach training course must be completed.

The course is provided free of charge, unless CCM expressly states otherwise.

The individual completing the course must:

-Enroll in the CCM Outreach course

-Complete all required course materials

-Complete all required lessons, modules, assessments, or activities

-Satisfy any other completion requirements established by CCM, and

Receive a CCM Outreach Certificate of Completion.

Completion of only part of the course does not satisfy the requirements for Partner status.

CCM reserves the right to modify course requirements, materials, structure, or completion standards at any time.

5. CCM OUTREACH PARTNER STATUS

Completion of the CCM Outreach course does not, by itself, guarantee Partner status.

Following successful completion of the required course, CCM may review the applicant and determine whether to approve the applicant as an official CCM Outreach Partner.

CCM reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate Partner status at its reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law.

Only churches or organizations expressly recognized by CCM as Partners may represent themselves publicly as an official CCM Outreach Partner.

6. INDEPENDENT OPERATION OF PARTNER OUTREACHES

Each CCM Outreach Partner is responsible for operating its own local outreach.

Unless separately agreed to in writing, CCM does not:

-Fund a Partner's local outreach

-Purchase food for a Partner

-Pay Partner employees or volunteers

-Guarantee donations or fundraising

-Guarantee food availability

-Provide insurance for a Partner

-Employ a Partner's personnel

-Control a Partner's day-to-day operations, or

Assume responsibility for the Partner's local activities.

Each Partner is responsible for obtaining the resources necessary to operate its outreach, including food, volunteers, facilities, transportation, equipment, insurance, permits, licenses, and other resources that may be required by applicable law.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

Each Partner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, health requirements, food-safety requirements, nonprofit requirements, tax requirements, insurance requirements, and other legal obligations applicable to its local operations.

CCM Outreach educational materials are provided for informational and ministry purposes and should not be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, medical, food-safety, or professional advice.

Partners are responsible for obtaining professional advice when appropriate.

8. FOOD SAFETY

Each Partner is responsible for establishing appropriate procedures for receiving, storing, handling, transporting, and distributing food.

Partners should comply with all applicable food-safety laws and regulations and should establish appropriate procedures regarding:

-Food storage

-Allergen information

-Food recalls

-Sanitation

-Distribution

CCM does not inspect, control, or guarantee the safety of food independently obtained, stored, transported, or distributed by a Partner.

9. CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

CCM Outreach encourages Partners to treat every person receiving assistance with dignity, compassion, respect, and confidentiality.

Partners shall not intentionally discriminate against individuals in violation of applicable law.

Partners are responsible for establishing their own reasonable procedures regarding eligibility, food distribution, client communication, scheduling, and follow-up.

10. PRAYER AND MINISTRY COMMUNICATION

CCM Outreach encourages participating Partners to provide opportunities for prayer, encouragement, and personal connection as part of their outreach.

Prayer must be offered respectfully and without coercion.

No individual should be pressured, threatened, manipulated, or denied food assistance because they decline an offer to pray, participate in religious activities, or discuss matters of faith, except to the extent otherwise permitted by applicable law and the Partner's lawful ministry practices.

Partners are responsible for establishing appropriate boundaries for communication with individuals receiving assistance.

11. CCM OUTREACH COMMUNITY

After successfully completing the required CCM Outreach course and receiving a Certificate of Completion, approved Partners may receive access to the CCM Outreach Community.

The CCM Outreach name, logo, course materials, training materials, written resources, graphics, documents, videos, website content, and other materials provided by CCM are owned by or licensed to Christian Collective Ministry unless otherwise stated.

Participation in CCM Outreach does not transfer ownership of CCM intellectual property to a Partner.

Partners may use CCM Outreach materials only in accordance with the permissions provided by CCM.

Partners may not modify, sell, sublicense, redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit CCM-owned materials without prior written authorization.

15. USE OF CCM OUTREACH NAME AND BRAND

Official Partners may identify themselves as CCM Outreach Partners in accordance with CCM's branding guidelines and permissions.

Partner status does not grant a Partner ownership of the CCM name, logo, trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property.

CCM may require a Partner to discontinue use of CCM branding if Partner status is suspended or terminated.

16. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Partners are responsible for protecting the privacy of individuals receiving services through their local outreach.

Partners should not disclose confidential or personally identifying information except when authorized or legally required.

CCM does not assume responsibility for the privacy practices, databases, communications, or information-handling practices of independent Partner organizations.

17. THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION AND RESOURCES

CCM Outreach may provide or allow Partners to share information regarding food suppliers, fundraising opportunities, recipes, community resources, vendors, websites, organizations, or other third parties.

CCM does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, quality, safety, legality, or suitability of third-party services, products, information, or resources.

Partners are responsible for conducting their own evaluation before relying upon or engaging with third parties.

18. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Each Partner acknowledges that operating a local outreach involves risks, including risks associated with food distribution, transportation, volunteers, facilities, client interactions, and community activities.

Each Partner accepts responsibility for its own operations and activities.

CCM does not control the daily activities of independent Partners and should not be understood to be the operator, employer, agent, or legal representative of a Partner's local outreach unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Christian Collective Ministry, CCM Church, CCM Outreach, and their respective officers, directors, pastors, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in CCM Outreach, use of CCM materials, participation in the CCM Outreach Community, or operation of a Partner's local outreach.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Partner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Christian Collective Ministry, CCM Church, CCM Outreach, and their respective officers, directors, pastors, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses, arising out of or relating to:

-Violates these Terms

-Misuses CCM branding

-Engages in abusive or threatening conduct

-Misuses the CCM Outreach Community

-Provides materially false information

-Engages in unlawful activity

-Creates a significant risk to CCM or another person

-Acts in a manner inconsistent with the purpose or values of CCM Outreach

Upon termination, the Partner must discontinue representing itself as an official CCM Outreach Partner and cease using CCM Outreach materials or branding except as otherwise authorized in writing.

22. MODIFICATION OF THE PROGRAM

CCM reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any portion of CCM Outreach, including the training course, Partner requirements, Community, resources, benefits, or other aspects of the Program.

CCM will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active Partners when appropriate.

23. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS

CCM may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms will become effective when posted or otherwise communicated by CCM unless a different effective date is stated.

Continued participation in CCM Outreach following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

24. NO EMPLOYMENT, AGENCY, OR FRANCHISE RELATIONSHIP

Participation in CCM Outreach does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or other legal relationship between CCM and a Partner unless expressly established through a separate written agreement.

A CCM Outreach Partner remains an independent organization responsible for its own activities and operations.

25. NO TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Participation in CCM Outreach does not provide a Partner with ownership of Christian Collective Ministry, CCM Church, CCM Outreach, or any associated intellectual property, materials, trademarks, branding, systems, or resources.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
